Web Login required when opening attached file via url

Greetings!

I am seeing some strange behaviour with R9.

When accessing a file attachment via the url command http://<server>/<path>/<database>/<view>/<document key>/$file/<attachmentName> I am presented with a Server Login screen.

This seems to be new. It was working in R8.5 previously.

Any ideas? Has the URL command changed?

This happens ....
... if you have access rights set to the document that contains the attachement and you are not logged in to the webserver or don't have the propper access rights. As far as I know, this has not changed in Domino 9. I don't see any problem here.

SSO problem

Try to log in your inotes, open a tab an try to connect to the file url, if login appears, your SSO configuration is not ok.
